This year, Chaplain Ted and Angie had the privilege of participating in the annual Community Extravaganza: Play, Connect, Thrive—an event designed to bring families together, raise awareness of local resources, and foster meaningful connections.
The day was a vibrant celebration of community, where children and families not only learned about the many resources available to them but also had the chance to play, bond, and thrive together.
A Day of Connection and Fun
The Grace Fellowship gym buzzed with energy as dozens of organizations and service providers set up interactive booths, ready to share valuable information and engage with families. Outside, food trucks rolled in, filling the air with the aroma of delicious meals as they prepared for the lunchtime crowd.
By mid-afternoon, it was clear that the event was a resounding success. Families enjoyed:
