Login and Access Issues

To sign in:

  1. Click ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select SIGN IN.
  3. Enter the EMAIL ADDRESS used during enrollment, followed by your PASSWORD.

If you don’t remember your password:

  1. Click LOST YOUR PASSWORD.
  2. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS.
  3. Check your email and follow the instructions provided.

Navigation and Finding Courses

After signing in:

  1. Click ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select either:
    • COURSE CATALOG: View all available courses.
    • MY COURSES: View only the courses you’re enrolled in or have started.

Technical Requirements and Compatibility

For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome or Safari. Our classes are compatible with both mobile and desktop devices, though the desktop version may offer the best experience for some courses.

Retrieving Certificates

To download your certificates:

  1. Click ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner and sign in.
  2. Select MY CERTIFICATES.
  3. Click on the certificate you’d like to view; it should open in your browser.

Trouble Viewing Certificates?
Your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Look for a notification in your browser’s address bar to allow the pop-up.

Submitting Assignments and Completing Assessments

If you encounter problems with a quiz or assessment:

  • Try logging out and closing your browser, then logging back in.
  • If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache.
